As you’ve gone through life, your skin may have been confronted with a variety of conditions that you wish you could reverse—fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, enlarged pore size, stretch marks, and acne scarring. These elements in your life can diminish your confidence and leave you wishing you could do something to effectively reverse these signs of aging.
At Renew Wellness & Aesthetics, we are pleased to be the first to offer the Opus Plasma® laser resurfacing treatment in Oklahoma City. This treatment offers dramatic results with significantly less downtime than other laser resurfacing options and a higher safety profile.
This innovative resurfacing treatment combines two powerful modalities—plasma and radiofrequency (RF) energy—to heal the skin both on the surface and deeper within. RF reaches deeper into the skin, heating the underlying layers of the dermis to boost collagen production and tighten the skin.
At the same time, the plasma treats more superficial layers of the skin, minimizing damage and the resulting downtime. This combination also makes Opus Plasma® highly versatile and effective for both delicate areas (such as the eyelids) and larger concerns (such as stretch marks on the abdomen).

The Opus Plasma® Skin Resurfacing Process
What to Expect
Consultation
During your complimentary consultation at Renew Wellness & Aesthetics, your provider will thoroughly examine your skin, listen to your concerns, and answer all of your questions. As Opus Plasma® is a highly customizable treatment, your provider will determine the appropriate tip(s), energy level, and a number of passes to produce the results you desire.
Treatment
Your treatment begins with your Renew provider applying a topical numbing agent to the treatment area to minimize discomfort during the session. Renew also offers PRO-NOX, a self-administered nitrous oxide system to lessen pain and anxiety during the treatment. When the skin is numb, your provider will quickly glide the Opus Plasma® handpiece across the treatment area, with a full-face treatment taking only about 15-20 minutes.
Next Steps
After your treatment, your provider will discuss your aftercare instructions and answer any questions you may have. Initial improvement will be seen in 4 to 5 days, with skin tightening due to collagen stimulation continuing to improve for up to 8 to 12 weeks. After the desired result is achieved, we typically recommend one maintenance treatment per year.

Firmer, Tighter Skin Awaits
Our Opus Plasma Laser can address one of the most common concerns our patients see us for: loose, thinning skin. This advanced fractional plasma technology delivers precise energy deep into the skin’s layers, creating controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production.
Over time, your skin becomes noticeably firmer, tighter, and more youthful. Unlike traditional lasers, Opus Plasma offers significant tightening without excessive downtime, making it a preferred choice for busy patients.
Whether your concern is mild sagging around the jawline or more visible laxity on the cheeks or neck, this treatment is safe and effective for all skin types. By strengthening the skin’s natural structure, we can improve the look of volume loss and aging without fillers or surgery.

Initial results can be seen in 4 to 5 days, while improvement will continue for 8 to 12 weeks after treatment.
How long will it take for the treatment?
Treatment time will vary based on the size of the treatment area, skin condition, and aesthetic goals. Opus Plasma® treatments are relatively quick, with a full-face treatment taking only 15-20 minutes.
Can the Opus Plasma Laser treat sagging skin without surgery?
Yes, the Opus Plasma Laser is designed to treat sagging skin using noninvasive technology. It works by sending controlled plasma energy and radiofrequency heating deep into the skin to stimulate new collagen and elastin production.
This process gradually lifts and tightens the skin’s structure, improving definition and reducing the appearance of sagging. Patients love that they can see visible results without the need for surgical downtime or stitches.
If you are not ready for a full procedure, you may choose laser skin resurfacing in Oklahoma City to restore firmer skin in the lower face, neck, and jawline. It also works well as a follow-up treatment to enhance and maintain results from other services like the Renew Non Surgical Facelift, which combines Emface and Sculptra®. Together, these treatments create a natural yet noticeable lift.
Does Opus Plasma help with delicate skin?
Yes, Opus Plasma is highly effective for improving thinning skin on delicate areas like the face, neck, chest, and under the eyes. It is also effective for harder-to-treat areas such as loose skin on the abdomen and above the elbows and knees. This laser stimulates new collagen production, which thickens the skin and strengthens its texture. Over time, the skin becomes more plump, revitalized, and less prone to creasing or fine lines.
What makes this treatment unique is how precisely it delivers energy. It strengthens thin, fragile skin without damaging the surrounding tissue. Patients often combine laser skin resurfacing in Oklahoma City with supportive treatments like medical-grade peptides or wellness therapies to speed healing and promote better skin function. This layered approach helps you achieve longer-lasting results that look completely natural.
