Appointment Policies

Due to the high demand of our providers, Renew Wellness & Aesthetics has an active late cancellation, late rescheduling and appointment no-show fee of $50 for any changes made the day of or business day prior to your appointment.  

You can notify us of appointment changes by calling 405-810-5944 from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.  This advanced notice allows Renew to better serve our patients by allowing us to utilize our waiting list for patients that have specific days and times they need to be seen.  Advanced notice of schedule changes allows us to make these accommodations, when possible, and we hope to have the opportunity to extend this courtesy to you.

Patients who have 3 or more late cancellations, late reschedules and/or no-show appointments may be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment and may be subject to dismissal from the practice.

Treatment Refund Policy

Please note that all treatment services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail product purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for treatments that have been performed or products that have been purchased. All pre-purchased treatments and services are final sale and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary from person to person. While our providers work with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not qualify for a refund.
