Renew Wellness & Aesthetics wants everyone to be able to use renewoklahoma.com, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we have done
- Reviewed the Site with automated testing and manual keyboard testing against WCAG 2.2 AA
- Made sure pages can be zoomed and enlarged on phones and tablets
- Added a “Skip to main content” link and a clearly visible keyboard focus indicator
- Fixed the keyboard tab order on our forms
- Gave descriptive names to icon and image links, such as social media and phone links
- Improved color contrast of text and buttons
- Confirmed the looping video on our home page has a pause button
Ongoing work
Accessibility is ongoing. We review new pages and content as they are added, and we recheck the Site regularly. Some content comes from third parties, such as social media feeds, embedded videos, our chat tool, and our online shop, and may not fully meet the same standard. We work with those providers where we can.
