Ashley Hale, Licensed Esthetician, also plays an important role in shaping the Renew experience. With over 7 years of experience and advanced skincare certifications, Ashley helps patients improve skin health through thoughtful treatment planning, education, and personalized care. Her approach reflects the larger Renew philosophy: help patients feel confident in their skin without overcomplicating the process.

Lacy Dvoracek, RN, BSN, helps patients connect aesthetics with long-term health. She brings over 20 years of experience in women’s health and has spent the last decade specializing in aesthetic medicine. Her background in nutrition, strength training, metabolic health, and hormone optimization allows her to look beyond a single treatment and focus on the bigger picture. Lacy helps patients understand how internal health influences energy, aging, and overall confidence. Her approach reflects a simple belief: patients achieve the best results when aesthetic treatments and wellness strategies work together to support how they look, feel, and move.
